Cancellation / Refund Policy

In entering into a Contract with MrEmailAddress.com (Surpic Limited) for Domain Name Services and / or Email Services, the Customer acknowledges that performance of the Contract will begin immediately when the customer agrees to the Terms & Conditions during the order process and presses the 'Order Now' button on the checkout page thereby granting consent that the Service commences and that it is hereby forfeiting its right to cancel the Contract under the Regulations.

• Unless otherwise provided in the Contract the Customer shall not be entitled to any refund of Fees or a credit against any future Order.
• If the domain name requested by the Customer is unable to be registered the Customer will be entitled to a refund of any Fees paid in relation to an Order or a credit against any future Order.
